Whole Tail Breaded Scampi
Single Whole Tail - Every piece is a juicy Single Whole Tail
of Scampi (Nephrops Norvegicus) which is then coated in a crispy, light
crumb allowing the full, natural flavours of the fish to come through.
Formed Whole Tail - Formed from Whole tail of scampi and
lightly crumbed, these succulent moutnfuls are just as delicious as
sigle Whole Tails and extremely good value.

Prime scampi (Nephrops Norvegicus) are
reformed, then coated in one of two options:
Natural Crumb for
fresh, flavourful taste and Golden Crumb for an even crispier texture.
For the convenience of both retailers and caterers, all products are
available in 454 g Polybags.
Peeled Scampi Peeled Scampi is the meat from Nephrops norvegicus, (also called Dublin Bay prawn, langoustine or Scampi), The prawns are shelled & de-veined then Frozen and glazed. Packed (454g or 1000g)delicious grilled with garlic butter.
